| Abstract: | The author discussed the main problems and weaknesses of the cost management in the construction projects based on his experiences.This paper discussion on some ideas and methods of the cost of the project management from philosophy of the cost management and process control etc.The author hope to provide some suggestions of cost management by the summary of his management practices on project cost. |
