摘    要:作为企业人力资源管理的主要功能之一,绩效管理在企业中发挥的作用越来越重要。实施绩效管理可以改善企业的经营现状,不断提升企业和员工的绩效。薪酬管理是绩效管理的一个重要组成部分,设计合理的薪酬管理制度可以很大地提高企业员工的积极性和创造力,为增强企业的竞争力提供保障。但是,很多企业在具体实施绩效管理中还存在诸多问题,本文拟对企业绩效管理实施过程中薪酬管理存在的问题进行分析并提出相应措施,加强对薪酬管理沟通、企业内不同的人员实行不同的薪酬管理制度、薪酬管理制度要体现内在公平性和外在竞争性和薪酬管理要与绩效管理配合使用,员工参与薪酬设计。

Abstract:As one of the main modules of human resource management in enterprise. Performance management used in enterprise plays a more and more important role. Implementing performance management can improve the status quo of the enterprise management, which can continuously improve the performance of enterprise and employee. Payment management is an important component of performance management; the reasonably designed payment management system can greatly improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees in enterprise, providing security of enhancing the competitiveness in enterprise. However, for many enterprises, there are still many problems in the specific implementation of performance management. This paper starts from the analysis of problems existed in the payment management in implementing performance management and then puts forward some corresponding measures: To strengthen communication, enterprise salary management in different people and different strategies of salary management system, salary management system to embody inherent fairness and external competitive and salary management and performance management to support the use, employees involved in the salary design.
