高职计算机专业的人才培养新模式的探讨与研究

创新能力对于促进高职生就业具有战略性意义,创新教育是职业教育,更是素质教育。现阶段,国内外高职院校都十分注重培养高职生的创新能力,希望通过改进创新教育的人才培养模式,全面提升学生的创新能力和创新意识。然而,就目前情况来看,中国高职院校对学生这方面的培养还做得远远不够。本文正视中国高职院校毕业生的现状和存在的问题,以竞赛为平台,探索适合当代高职生人才培养的新模式。
