江西省产业结构对就业的影响分析

就业问题是江西省现阶段面临的主要宏观经济问题之一，而三大产业是一个国家就业的根本，所以对三大产业结构的研究有助于解决人民的就业问题。本文利用计量经济学的方法分析了江西省三大产业结构和就业之间的关系。结果表明：江西省农业已成为劳动力净流出的产业，第二和第三产业的发展能有效促进就业，但第三产业的就业弹性远远高于第二产业，说明第三产业的发展能创造出更多的就业岗位，对就业增长的带动力最强，已成为增加就业的主渠道。
