| 摘 要： | 工程造价的有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分。限额设计就是在工程设计阶段,把工程造价的发生控制在批准的造价限额以内,随时纠正发生的偏差以保证管理目标的实现,以求在项目建设过程中合理使用人力、物力、财力,取得最大的投资效益。
