中小企业人力资源外包决策分析

摘    要:人力资源外包是一个非常复杂的过程,它能给企业带来新的发展机会,但如果盲目地进行外包也可能会导致企业核心能力和竞争优势的丧失。特别是对于还处于不稳定状态的中小企业,是否应该进行人力资源外包,成为中小企业在实施人力资源外包前必须认清和解决的问题。本文通过运用层次分析法,建立了中小企业人力资源外包决策模型,为中小企业进行人力资源外包决策提供了有效的分析方法。

Abstract:HR outsourcing is a very complex process. It can bring new development opportunity to an enterprise, but if blindly outsourcing may also cause the enterprise core competence and competitive advantage loss.Especially for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises,the problem which must be solved before the HR outsourcing is whether should develop HR outsourcing.In this paper, by using the method of AHP ,it established HR outsourcing decision modem and provided an effective analysis method for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
