| 摘 要： | 工程实施阶段业主的项目管理可描述为：在工程的实施阶段,业主的项目部和项目管理人员,按照工程建设的有关法律、法规、技术规范的要求,根据已签订的工程承包合同、工程监理合同、其他合同及合同性文件,调动各方面的综合资源,对项目工程从开工至竣工的工程质量、进度、投资及其他方面的目标进行全面控制的管理过程。

| Abstract: | The engineering project management in the implementation stage of the owner can be described as：the implementation stage in engineering,the owner of the project department and project management,according to the construction of the relevant laws,regulations and technical specification,already signed according to the engineering contract,engineering supervision contract and other contractual document,contract and the comprehensive resource transfer various aspects of project,from the commencement to completion of project quality,progress,investment and other aspects of comprehensive control target management process. |
