| 摘 要： | 产业链发展战略的关键在于找到能够提升产业链核心竞争力的战略环节。云南咖啡产业链经过多年的发展初步成形,但产业链各环节存在的问题是影响产业竞争力的关键所在。本文以云南咖啡产业链分析为基础,提出与世界咖啡大品牌进行战略联盟是云南咖啡产业链发展的务实之道。

| Abstract: | The key to the strategic development of industrial chain is to identify the strategic joints which could help an industrial chain strengthen the core competitiveness.Yunnan coffee industrial chain has been shaped for years.However,the problems existing at each strategic joint influence the competitiveness of the industry.Strategic alliances with the world＇s major coffee brands are proposed in the paper by industrial chain analysis.It works in the real world. |
