摘    要:采用正交实验设计探讨了环保型重油乳化剂聚乙二醇400双油酸酯的合成工艺条件,确定其最佳反应条件为:反应体系绝对压力0.07MPa,原料油酸与聚乙二醇400的摩尔比3.0,反应时间8 h,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的质量分数1.5%。综合评价结果表明,在此条件下制备的重油乳化剂纯化后具有很好的乳化性能,其亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值为6.1,乳化稳定时间为6.23 min;其与失水山梨醇单油酸酯Span 80(HLB值为4.3)复合后的产物(其HLB值为5.0)对重油的乳化功效高,达到了中微乳指标的要求。

Abstract:The synthetic process condition of the emulsifier for heavy oil,polyethylene glycol 400 dioleate ester,was investigated through the orthogonal experiment.The determined optimum reaction condition was as follows: reaction system absolute pressure 0.07MPa,the molar ratio of oleic acid to polyethelene glycol 3.0,reaction time 8h,the mass fraction of catalyst toluene-p-sulfonic acid 1.5%.The evaluation results showed that the purified emulsifier synthesized under the above condition had good emulsification performance,its hydrophile-lipophile balance(HLB)value was 6.1,the stable time of emulsification was 6.23min;The mixture of the purified emulsifier with sorbitan monooleate Span-80 presented an excellent emulsification efficiency for heavy oil,which could meet the requirement of middle microemulsion globulet index.
