摘    要: 目的  大规模新能源渗透是未来新型电力系统的重要特征,新能源高比例消纳和电力系统的安全经济高效运行之间存在一定矛盾,从系统整体经济性角度出发,提出了一种新能源送出合理消纳率的计算方法。 方法  该方法以新能源接入的增量总成本最低为目标,综合考虑了电网消纳成本、新能源弃电成本和环保成本等,系统研究了合理消纳率关键影响因素。 结果  通过实际海上风电、陆上风电及光伏等算例验证了该方法的有效性,并通过多算例的集中探索,总结新能源送出合理消纳率及送出方案选择的一般性规律。 结论  所提方法为未来高比例新能源接入下的电网规划提供新思路,为指导后续新能源接入系统、调度运行等提供了重要参考。

Abstract:Introduction Large-scale new energy penetration is an important feature of the new power system. There is a certain contradiction between the high proportion of new energy consumption and the safe, economical and efficient operation of power system. From the point of view of the overall economy of the system, this study puts forward a calculation method of the reasonable consumption rate of new energy transmission. Method This method aimed to minimize the incremental total cost of new energy access, comprehensively considered the cost of power grid consumption, the cost of new energy abandonment and environmental protection, and systematically studied the key influencing factors of reasonable consumption rate. Result The effectiveness of this method is verified by practical examples of offshore wind power, onshore wind power and photovoltaic, and the general rules of reasonable consumption rate and selection of new energy transmission scheme are summarized by concentrated exploration of multiple examples. Conclusion The proposed method provides a new idea for power grid planning with high proportion of new energy access in the future, and provides an important reference for guiding the follow-up new energy access system and dispatching operation.
