单相智能物联电能表计量精度一致性评价方法研究

摘    要:单相智能物联电能表是“泛在电力物联网”建设的重要载体,电能计量作为电能表最基本的功能,其精度一致性尤为重要。本文以某款主流单相智能物联电能表为例,通过对设计方案的分析,建立了基于Simscape的计量单元电路仿真分析模型,根据蒙特卡罗思想提出一种单相智能物联电能表计量精度一致性的评价方法,并给出了一种综合考虑元器件参数容差和制造成本的计量精度一致性优化思路。研究表明,通过提升特定关键原器件参数的精度水平,可以使批次单相智能物联电能表的计量精度一致性有所改善。

Abstract:Single-phase IOT smart meter is an important carrier of the construction of "Ubiquitous power Internet of things". As the most basic function of the energy meter, the measurement accuracy consistency is particularly essential. This paper takes a mainstream single-phase IOT smart meter as an example. Through the analysis of the design scheme, the establishment of the MATLAB-based circuit simulation model and the introduction of the Monte Carlo method, this paper proposes an evaluation method for the consistency of the measurement accuracy of the IOT smart meter, and proposes a measurement accuracy consistency optimization idea considering both the tolerance range of components and the manufacturing cost. The research shows that by increasing the accuracy level of the components, the consistency of the measurement accuracy of the single-phase IOT smart meter can be improved.
