武钢8号高炉现阶段降耗途径分析

摘    要:运用Rist操作线和高温热平衡理论对武钢8号高炉现阶段降焦途径作了定量分析,指出该高炉节能降耗最佳途径是将提高煤气利用率和降低冷却热损有效结合起来,通过调整布料、控制合理炉型、优化高炉操作及冷却水参数的控制。在现有的生产条件下,8号高炉燃料比具有降至500kg/t以下的潜力。

Analysis of current saving energy and reducing consumption technology of No.8 BF in WISCO

Abstract:The reducing coke rate technology has been carried on quantitative analysis for No.8 BF by the theory of Rist diagram and high temperature heat balance.The best way of reducing consumption was to combine improving the gas utilization and reducing cooling heat loss effectively.By the reasonable controls of furnace profile,burden distri-bution,blast furnace operation and the optimization of cooling water parameters,under the condition of existing production,the fuel rate of No.8 BF has the potential to reduce to 500 kg/t.
