钢铁中超低碳分析技术研究

摘    要:研究了应用红外碳硫分析仪测定钢铁中超低碳的分析方法。对陶瓷坩埚经过马弗炉和管式坩埚炉2次灼烧,用钨粒、锡粒、纯铁为助熔剂,获得低稳定的空白值。经无水碳酸钠基准物质校准仪器,用红外吸收法分析钢铁中超低碳取得了良好的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:The infrared carbon sulfur analyzer was applied to determine the ultra-low car-bon contents in iron and steel.A series of methods had been used to reduce the blank value of carbon contents,which included igniting ceramic crucible twice respectively in muffle and in tube crucible furnace,using tungsten grain,stannum grain and pure iron as fluxing agent.By this means,a stable blank value less than 0.000 3 % was achieved. And after the benchmark substance of anhydrous sodium carbonate was used to correct the instrument.The results with good accuracy and high precision were obtained by this method.
