马蹄滩水库金属结构安全性评价

摘    要:结合马蹄滩工程,对水库金属结构进行设计复核计算,分析并评价其在特征水位工况下的安全性。结果表明:冲砂孔工作闸门的强度、刚度均满足规范要求,但在运行过程中应加强监测;取水口工作闸门的强度不满足规范要求,刚度满足规范要求,建议更换闸门;取水口拦污栅栅条强度、稳定性均满足规范要求,安全稳定。研究结果可为同类水利工程的安全评价提供借鉴,为制订水库的除险加固措施提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the practice of Matitan dam, the check calculation was carried out on stability and security in the metal struc- ture under a condition of characteristic water level. The results showed that the strength and stiffness of sluice gate conformed to the standard, the gate safety monitoring should be strengthened in service. However, the strength of gate did not accord with the standard in the dam intake, while the stiffness met the need. In order to guarantee the safety operation of gate when the water level remained high status, a new gate with the high strength and high stiffness should be installed. Furthermore, the trash rack had a good working performance although the water level was high in the upstream of dam. The data may offer valuable information for the reinforcement of unsafe reservoirs. These findings can help us to evaluate the safety of the metal structure during the flood season.
