| 摘 要： | 振动筛利用振动进行固液、固固分离 ,已广泛应用于国内外油田泥浆的净化、污水处理、矿山选矿选煤等。介绍Pro E软件和注塑模具计算注塑面积的方法计算振动筛叠层滤网透筛率 ,为叠层筛网的设计和选择提供了有力的支持。

| Abstract: | Vibrator is characterized by the main points follows: excellent capability and the efficiency of filtrating chemical slurry. But the screen is easily weared and its life is short. Multilayer screen can advance the ostiole screen's usage , increase screen's strength and extend its wear -life. This paper introduces a method of computing filtering ratio of multilayer screen with the method of computing injection area of injecting mould based on Pro/Engineer. |
