配制酒中锰离子分析方法

摘    要:采用原子吸收分光光度计分析配制酒中锰离子含量,对直接进样和酒样稀释进样法,样品灰化处理法进行了对比试验,结果表明,由于配制中糖类等有机物含量高,组成较复杂,对锰离了干扰较大,直接进样和酒样稀释进样法吸收值极不稳定发生无法进行分析,样品灰化处理法中的标准曲线法结果偏差较大,吸光度值不是样品的真实反映,不适宜于制酒的锰离子定量分析,标准加入法的吸光度是样品的真实反映,定量结构准确可靠,操作较常规方法简单,灵敏度高,可对0.02mg/L以上的含量进行准确定量,适于锰离子及大多数金属离子的分析测定。

Abstract:Contrast tests of direct sample injection approach(DSI), wine dilution sample injection approach (WDSL)and sample calcinations approach (SC)were done by the application of atomic absorption spectrophotometer to analyze manganese ion contents in imitation wine. The results suggested that due to the high contents of organic materials such as glucide in imitation wine and its sophisticated composition, both DSI and WDSI produced voltile absorptive values unable to make any analysis. The standard curved line method of SC was also unsuitable for quantitative analysis of manganese ion because of its bigger deviations that were not the real reflection of samples. The standard addition method of SC was suitable for the detection of manganese ion and other metal ions because of its high sensitivity, its reliable quantitative results, its absorptive values which were true reflections of samples, and its operations which were simpler than routine method. And the method could be used for accurate qualification for the materials the contents of which above 0.02 mg/L.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
