浅谈鞍钢11号高炉炉底的破损机理与砌筑形式

摘    要:鞍钢11号高炉从1970年10月1日动工兴建以来,历经各代改造,如今已成为一座高度现代化的大型高炉。介绍了鞍钢11号高炉历代炉役炉底的结构形式及破损情况,分析了炉底内衬破损机理,并从内衬的选材到砌筑形式等提出了一些有关长寿的建议。

Abstract:No. 11 BF at AISC has become a large size and modernized one through sever-al improvements since the commissioning on october 1, 1970. The furnace bottom structuresof all previous campaign lifes on No. 11 BF at AISC and its breakage state are introduced,thebreakage mechanism of the furnace bottom lining is analyzed and some suggestions on fur-nace bottom long life from lining material se1eetion to masonry form have been put forward.
