摘 要: | 针对用于石油管线和储罐防腐的阴极保护电源装置,设计了一套阴极保护电源远程监控系统,对于提高阴极保护系统稳定性和可靠性具有重要意义。重点介绍了阴极保护电源模块装置、GPRS通信中央控制器硬件单元结构和监控中心软件的设计,实现了Internet在线客户通过浏览器对阴极保护电源装置进行远程检测、故障诊断和控制的目的。

Abstract: | Cathodic protection power supplies are widely used for corrosion prevention on storage tanks,transmission and distribution pipelines in the gas and petrochemical industry.To improve reliability of the cathodic protection systems,a remote monitoring of power supply system was developed.The design covers both GPRS communication hardware and monitoring software to realize the online data collection,fault diagnosis and remote control. |
