摘    要:提出了一种基于光纤光栅传感的扭振检测新方法。该方法以等强度梁为基片将光栅封装成传感器,通过感知梁应变来实现机械振动到光纤波长漂移的转化,提高了传感器的响应灵敏度。并在现有的旋转实验平台上对该方法进行了旋转状态下的实验验证。基于该方法的检测系统具有原理简单、测量精度高和非接触传输的优点,可广泛用于大型旋转机械轴系的扭振检测。

A New Method of Measuring Torsional Oscillations Based on Fiber Grating

Abstract:A novel method for measuring torsional oscillations was proposed by using fiber grating technology.The sensor was realized with two sensing FBGs fixed on the side of the equi-intensity beam.By perceiving the beam strain,transformation from mechanical vibration to wavelength shift was achieved.And the response sensitivity of sensors was improved.The method was analyzed under the condition of rotation experiment in the existing experiment platform.The result shows that the method has such advantages as simple principle,high precision,and non-contact transmission.This method can be applied to shafting torsional oscillations measuring of large rotating machinery.
