摘    要:为了提高机架稳定性,采用有限元分析方法对其进行静力分析,确定结构的可优化空间。在确保机架上的平均应力小于71 MPa以及上下横梁平均位移小于0.3 mm/m的基础上,以质量为目标,选取合适的设计变量对机架关键零部件进行优化,并对优化后的机架进行分析校核。结果表明,整个机架质量减轻了15%,机架材料得到合理使用,整个机架的应力分布更加均匀。

Analysis and Optimization of the 7-roll Plate Straightener Rack

Abstract:Using the finite-element analysis method,the static of the 7-roll plate straightener rack was analyzed and calculated to enhance the stability of rack.The optimized space of the structure was determined.The average stress on the rack was ensured to be less than 71 MPa and the average displacement on the fluctuation beam was less than 0.3 mm/m.The rack was optimized by means of selecting appropriate design variables;and the optimized rack was analyzed and checked.The results show that the weight of rack decreases by 15%.Rack materials are rationally used and the stress distribution is more homogeneous in the whole rack.
