预应力钢丝的常温蠕变与低周疲劳抗力的研究

摘    要:研究了提高两种高强度钢丝常温蠕变和低周疲劳抗力的稳定化处理工艺.得出:3(x)℃、5min、3%轴向塑性伸长处理,可以降低钢丝蠕变量82%和65%、提高低周疲劳寿命35%和30%.对稳定化处理提高常温蠕变和低周疲劳抗力的机理进行了讨论.

Abstract:ABSTRACT The effect of stabilization processing on the normal temperature creep and low cycle fatigue resistance of high carbon patenting steel wire and low carbon HSLA steel wire is described. Experimental results show that optimal stabilization processing parameters (as 300 ℃ , 5mi、 3% plastic deformation) can decrease the normal temperature creep value and increase low cycle fatigue life. The stabilization treatment mechanism for improving normal temperature creep and low cycle fatigue resistance is discussed as well.
