| 摘 要： | 在对鹿城配电网现状进行科学准确评估的基础上,采用趋势外推法进行逐年负荷预测,根据鹿城城市及电网建设的特点确立配电网规划改造的基本思路,进而制定出具有可操作性的逐年配电网规划改造方案.

| Abstract: | After the scientific,veracious and comprehensive evaluation of Wenzhou Lucheng power distribution network,the yearly power demand is forecast in the way of trend extrapolation,the principle based on the characteristic of the served area is defined,then the applicable yearly distribution network planning and reconstruction technique is developed. |
