| 摘 要： | 综述了CAE技术在注射模设计中的应用及其研究发展概况,对CAE技术在优化注射模设计过程中的基本功能和实际意义做了较详尽的说明,并介绍了注塑成型CAE技术与优化理论相结合,实现注射模具动态优化设计的理论及方法,指出了将CAE分析技术与优化设计理论相结合的方法来优化注射模设计的必然性.

| Abstract: | The development on the studies of CAE technique of plastic injection mold are reviewed.The phenomena of CAE technique applied in plastic injection mold are discussed.The theory and arithmetic on automatic optimization design of the injection mold by combining CAE technique and optimization theory are recommended.It is pointed out that the method of combining CAE technique with optimization theory will be applied inevitably in plastic injection mold design in the future. |
