摘    要:目前国内许多炼油厂、化工厂、电厂大量使用锡黄铜、海军铜、白铜等制作的复水器、凝汽器、水冷器。石化企业由于设备泄漏使循环水中普遍存在含S介质,加之加入的各种缓蚀阻垢剂,使得微生物腐蚀(MIC)加剧,导致新投用和处于亚临界使用期限的铜合金设备大量出现腐蚀泄漏问题。文章在分析了若干复水器、凝汽器等铜合金管束发生腐蚀泄漏的原因后,总结出一套用化学成膜工艺治理上述设备发生腐蚀泄漏的方法,实践表明效果明显。

Abstract:In many Chinese refineries, petrochemical plants and electric power plants, bass, admiralty bronze and copper-nickel alloy are widely used for condensing vessels, condensers and water coolers. The presence of S in the cooling water due to the equipment leakage and addition of various corrosion and fouling inhibitors aggravate the growth of microbial induced corrosion (MIC) which leads to the corrosion leakages of newly-commissioned copper alloy equipment and those in sub-critical service life. Through the analysis of corrosion leakage, a chemical membrane process has been suggested, which has been proven to be very effective in operation.
