Mg-Mn合金的碱性阳极氧化研究

摘    要:研究了Mg-Mn合金的碱性阳极氧化工艺.分别采用SEM、XRD、电化学分析系统和维氏硬度计分析了试样的转化膜形貌、物相、耐蚀性以及膜厚和硬度.结果表明,转化膜由MgO2和Mg2MnO4构成;其形态特征与铝合金阳极氧化转化膜一样也呈多孔状,但孔径要大得多.经碱性阳极氧化后各主要性能均有明显提高.

Abstract:The processes of alkaline anodic oxidizing to prepare oxide films on Mg-Mn alloy were studied. The morphologies, surface phases, corrosion resistances, thickness and hardness of the films were analyzed by SEM, XRD, electrochemistry system and micro-hardness test respectively. The results indicate that the oxide conversion films are composed of MgO2 and Mg2 MnO4. The films show irregular porous structure, whose aperture are much larger than those anodized on Al alloy. Major properties of Mg-Mn alloy treated by alkaline anodic oxidizing are improved obviously.
