离子交换纤维柱分离纯化辣椒碱类化合物

摘    要:考察了ZB-2强碱性阴离子交换纤维柱分离纯化指天椒中的辣椒碱类化合物。通过对离子交换纤维吸附前后扫描电镜图分析,表明吸附上了物质,并由红外光谱图分析证实所吸附的物质为辣椒碱类化合物。考察了上柱液pH、质量浓度、流速、上样量与离子交换纤维吸附量的关系,讨论了解吸条件中乙醇体积分数、流速、用量与离子交换纤维解吸率的关系,确定了离子交换纤维柱分离纯化的最佳工艺参数,得到在该条件下辣椒碱类化合物的质量分数由4.5%提高到92.0%,同时收率达72.3%。结果表明,离子交换纤维柱能快速分离纯化辣椒碱类化合物。
