Influence of sampling period on time and frequency stability measurements |

| Abstract: | Because of the introduction of SDH based networks, the exigence of performing stability measurements on timing signals is becoming more and more stringent. In this paper, the influence of the measurement sampling period on the behaviour of the stability quantities is analysed and useful information for specification design and assessment purposes are provided. |
