摘    要:研究加热条件、冷却速度对60Si2Mn弹簧钢线材表面脱碳的影响。结果表明,弹簧钢轧前加热和轧后冷却过程均会导致表面脱碳。降低加热温度和炉内残氧量、缩短在炉时间、提高轧后两相区冷却速度可明显降低钢的表面脱碳。

Abstract:Effect of heating condition, cooling rate on the surface decarburization of 60Si2Mn spring steel wire rod are studied. The results show that decarburization occurs both in the heating process prior to rolling and cooling process after rolling. Reducing heating temperature and residual oxygen percentage in the furnace, shortening time in the furnace, increasing cooling rate of γ′+α duplex-phase range after rolling can reduce the ferrite decarburization.
