加食盐煅烧提高石灰活性机理的研究

摘    要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM505)观察CaO晶体结构变化,电子探针测定其成分。发现加食盐煅烧能够大幅度地提高石灰活性度。被蒸发的NaCl离子扩散渗入CaO晶体中,使晶粒结构发生变化,从而晶粒间的气孔率增加,气孔大,宽增大。

Abstract:Change of CaO crystal structure is observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM505) and compositions of the material measured by electron probe. Results demonstrate that firing the lime with salt as the suppliment can drastically enhance the activity of the lime because diffusion of the evaporated Naclion into the CaO crystal will promote the change of CaO crystal structure,thus raising the intergranular porosity ratio and extending the pore length and width.
