| 摘 要： | p63基因是一个与组织发育和细胞凋亡分化相关的重要功能基因,是外胚层、面部和四肢发育的一个关键调节因子。p63基因突变可引起具有不同症状的综合征,本文主要对p63基因突变及其与发育相关疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | As an important functional gene associated with tissue development as well as cell apoptosis and differentiation, p63 is a key regulator of ectodermal, orofacial and limb developments. The mutation of p63 gene may lead to at least five syndromes in humans. The progress in study on p63 gene mutation and its relationship to development-associated diseases is reviewed in this paper. |
