高频直缝焊网孔管的试制

介绍了佛山市万乘实业有限公司利用高频焊管机组试制摩托车消声器用网孔管的过程;试制采取小张力和轻压力的成型调整原则,尤其是对成型、焊接和整形段轧辊辊缝采取偏大控制;并针对网孔管盛不住水的特点,改进了阻抗器的冷却方式。经检测,所试制的网孔管符合技术要求。

Pilot Manufacture of HF Straight Welded Mesh Pipe

Elaborated in the article is the pilot manufacture of the mesh pipe to be used for the motorcycle noise silencer by Foshan Wansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.with the HF welded pipe production line.Following the principle of small stretch-slight pressure forming adjustment,over margin controls are adapted for relevant areas,particularly the forming,welding and sizing-section roll gaps.In addition,addressing the mesh pipe＇ s feature of holding no water,the cooling type for the impedance converter is improved.Relevant testing results show that trial-made mesh pipe is in conformity with applicable technical criteria.
