| 摘 要： | 高炉TRT液压系统存在油压波动大、油温高、伺服马达磨损严重、高炉顶压调节品质差等问题,经分析为液压、润滑系统设计不合理和油品清洁度差所致,采取增设储备油箱、酸洗管路、更换伺服马达等措施后,高炉顶压调节性能得到改善,消除了TRT液压、润滑系统缺陷,取得良好效果。
