| 摘 要： | 近年来随着企业信息化的快速发展，为了保证项目的质量，许多信息化项目尤其是ERP项目引入了信息工程监理机制，本文通过具体的ERP监理项目来讨论如何进行ERP项目监理，以保证ERP项目实施的效果。
