磨球式抽油杆扶正器的研制

摘    要:设计研制的磨球式抽油杆扶正器利用“三球”支撑滚动摩擦原理,将常规扶正器与油管之间的单向滑动摩擦改变为扶正器与油管、抽油杆之间的双向滚动摩擦,从而可以更有效地防止管杆偏磨。与常规扶正器相比,具有低摩阻、扶正效果好等优点,同时,由于摩擦力降低,可以有效地降低抽油杆运行阻力,降低能耗,提高系统效率,具有较好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:The ball-rubbing-type pumping rod centralizer comes into being. It takes the form of three-ball supporting rolling friction and change the unidirectional sliding friction between centralizers and tubes to two-way rolling friction between centralizers and tubes and pumping rods. As a result, the eccentric wear phenomenon has been prevented effectively. And it also has many merits such as low-friction resistance and better uprighting effects compared to common one. Also, because of decreasing friction, it can reduce energy consumption and enhance system efficiency through effectively reducing motion resistance of pumping rods and it is believed to have a promising prospect for popularizing and applying.
