铁酸钴纳米晶体的制备及机理

摘    要:以FeSO4·7H2O和COSO4·7H2O为原料,首先制备出晶粒细小的盐渍化碱式碳酸盐前驱体.在500℃焙烧1h后,制备出CoFe2O4纳米晶体材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为40nm,粒度均匀.

Abstract:Nanocrystalline Coffe2O4 powders airs prepared by roasting basic carbonate precuxsor synthesized with very fine crystalline grains by using FeSO4' 7H2O and CoSO4.7H2O.The microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analyses. The results show that thesize of the nano-paxticles was 40 um, when the precursor was roasted at 500'C for 1 h.
