| 摘 要： | 针对莱钢转炉生产的优质碳素钢和合金结构钢的主要评价指标低倍和顶锻质量指标合格率较低的现状,利用低倍分析、电解试验和能谱分析等手段对铸坯和产品的质量缺陷进行了分析,再结合产品检验和生产实践对引发产品质量缺陷的主要表现形式如低倍裂纹、顶锻裂纹和夹渣等进行了探索与研究。在此基础上,从冶炼、连铸和产品检验等各方面采取了工艺改进措施,有效提升了转炉优质钢的产品质量。
