涤纶纤维混凝土的正交试验研究

摘    要:通过混凝土的正交试验,分析了粉煤灰取代率、涤纶纤维长度、涤纶纤维掺量对于混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗冲击强度的影响,并确定混凝土的最优配合比。试验结果表明:在掺入粉煤灰的涤纶纤维混凝土中,涤纶纤维的长度是影响混凝土性能的最大因素,其次是涤纶纤维的体积掺量,最后是粉煤灰取代率。通过按最优组配合比生产的混凝土,其劈裂抗拉强度及抗冲击强度皆强于素混凝土,只有抗压强度低于素混凝土。

Abstract:Through the orthogonal experiment of concrete, and analyzes the fly ash replacement ratio, length of polyester fiber, polyester fiber content for the concrete compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and impact strength of the influence, and the optimal mixture ratio of concrete were determined. Experimental results show that: in polyester fiber concrete mixed with fly ash, polyester fiber length is one of the biggest factors affecting concrete performance and the second is polyester fiber volume content, the last is the replace rate of fly ash. By pressing the optimal set of mix proportion of concrete, the splitting tensile strength and impact strength are stronger than the plain concrete, only compressive strength is lower than the plain concrete.
