摘    要:为了保证某煤矿北风井冻结井筒外壁在施工和运行期间的安全,通过在冻结段-230m处安装安全监测系统,获得了完整的监测数据,监测结果表明:竖向、环向钢筋应力和混凝土应变变化曲线基本一致;目前,冻结压力﹑钢筋应力和混凝土应变处于稳定状态,且监测值均小于监测预警值和设计值,确保冻结井壁是安全可靠的。

Abstract:In order to ensure that the safety of the ectotheca of freezing shaft in north air shaft of Mou coal mine during the construction and operation, through install the safety monitoring system in - 230m of frozen section, get a full set of monitoring data, the monitoring results show that: the vertical and circular curves of steel bar stress and concrete strain are consistently. At present, the freeze pressure , steel bar stress and strain of concrete are all in stable state, in addition, the monitoring values are smaller than monitoring prewaring value and design value, to ensure the frozen shaft wall is safety and reliable.
