一种二氧化氯固体制剂的制备方法

介绍了一种二氧化氯(ClO2)固体制剂制备的新方法。该制剂主要由酸化剂和亚氯酸钠两种物质组成。在使用过程中,酸化剂首先与水发生水解反应释放出H+,H+为亚氯酸钠提供反应所需的酸性条件,这样就保证C lO2的顺利生成。研究了酸化剂的最佳用量、亚氯酸钠的最佳用量、释放用水量、时间和吹脱时间等因素对C lO2收率的影响。实验结果表明,在室温条件下(约16℃),亚氯酸钠和酸化剂分别为0.7 g时、释放水量为100mL、反应时间9min、吹脱时间12 min时,ClO2的收率可达91%以上。

A new ways of ClO2 solid dosage' preparation

The new ways of a ClO2solid dosage＇ preparation is introduced. This dosage is made up of the acidifier and Na- ClO. The aeidifier reacts with water and releases the H ＋ , H＋ supplies the acidic condition to the reaction in the process which can guarantee the generation of the ClO2sueeessfully. The best dosage of the acidifier, released water,released time and stripping time which can inffiunce the yield of the ClO2 are researched. The result shows on the condition that the tem- perature is16℃ ,the dosage of NaCIO and aeidifier are both 0.7g,released water is 100mL,released time is 9min,stripping time is 12 min,the yield of ClO2 can reach 91%.
