摘    要:本文结合某公司150kA电解系列阳极焙烧车间在具体生产过程中对焙烧工艺技术条件的改进经验,介绍了制定焙烧升温曲线的基本原则与合理调整焙烧升温曲线需考虑的几个重要因素;简要阐述了在预焙阳极生产中焙烧温度的均一性、升温速率、温度梯度及焙烧最终温度对阳极质量的影响,通过改进生产工艺技术条件达到了节约能源消耗,降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract:In combination with the experience from Qingtongxia Aluminum Group Co., Ltd. 150 kA electrolytic anode baking workshop series in specific production of baking technology to improve the process conditions, this paper presents the basic principle on drawing curve for heating up during anode baking, including some important factors to be considered. It also briefly introduces factors of anode quality influenced by temperature uniformity, heating up velocity, temperature gradient and final baking temperature. By constantly improving production technology, the conditions can be eventually achieved to conserve energy consumption and reduce production costs.
