| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个车辆定位和管理信息系统的实现原理、结构、功能和特点。讨论了VC环境下访问SQLSERVER数据库、调用MapX电子地图控件、基于TCP/IP的异步网络通信、调用其它可执行文件等关键技术。系统实现采用GPS全球定位技术、全球移动通信系统GSM与地理信息系统相结合,实际应用表明系统成本低、可靠性好,能满足定位与管理需求。

| Abstract: | Introduces the structure,functions,main features and their implementation principles of a vehicle monitor and management system.Discusses how to access data from SQL SERVER database,how to use MapX controls,how to program TCP/IP socket and how to call other executable files in VC.The system integrates Global Position System(GPS),Geographic Information System(GIS),Global System for Mobile communications(GSM)in the whole.Experiments show that the system runs robust in lower cost and could satisfy the needs of vehicle positioning and management. |
