摘    要:地铁隧道盾构施工同步注浆存在很多风险因素。同步注浆过程中通过对注浆材料、参数和施工过程的控制,可有效减小同步注浆的风险,更好地控制注浆效果。着重分析了在不同地层中注浆系数的控制,从而有效地控制注浆量,减少因注浆量过大而引起地面隆起,或因注浆量过少而引起地面沉降的现象发生。

Abstract:There are many risks in simultaneous grouting during subway tunnel shield construction, but these risks may be effectively reduced and better grouting effect may be obtained through controls on grouting materials, grouting parameters, grouting construction and grouting effect during simultaneous grouting in subway project. This paper emphasizes on control of grouting coefficients on different stratums, so as to effectively control grouting quantity, reduce ground upheaval caused by excessive grouting and avoid ground settlement due to insufficient grouting.
