| 摘 要： | 从涤纶FDY工艺特点着手,探讨了FDY油剂应具备的特性及对单体的选择。选择了封端聚醚、两性磷酸酯盐、特种非离子表面活性剂、高分子聚醚和改性有机硅聚醚等单体复配成HDG-2146涤纶FDY油剂,并与德国L-143WS/B油剂、日本F-1048油剂进行了对比。经工业试验表明,HDG-2146涤纶FDY油剂具有良好的化纤工艺适用性,其性能指标达到国外同类油剂的水平。

| Abstract: | The required characteristics and monomer selection were discussed for FDY spinning finishes based on the produc- tion process of PET FDY.HDG-2146 PET FDY spinning finish was built from terminated polyether,amphoteric phosphate,spe- cific non-ionic surfactant,high-molecular weight polyether and modified silicone polyether.The technical experiment proved that HDG-2146 PET FDY spinning finish had good applicability in chemical fiber production and properties equal to the foreign fini- shes of the same sort,like L-143WS/B spinning finish made in German,F-1048 spinning finish made in Japan. |
