钢次级平面型直线异步电动机的研制

摘    要:对钢次级平面型直线异步电动机进行了设计、试制和试验。通过对设计参数的验证,分析了影响钢次级直线异步电动机参数的因素。基于计入边端效应的等效电路分析法,并利用电压迭代法,采用VB6编写了具有良好人机界面的设计程序,并探讨了设计、加工工艺要点。该设计程序精度可满足工程需求,解决了理论值与样机值偏差较大的问题,对钢次级平面型直线异步电动机的设计和制造具有实际的指导意义。

Abstract:Some studies in design,advanced development,experiment for the steel-secondary plane linear induction motor were made.By verify the design parameters,the factors affecting the steel-secondary linear induction motor were analyzed.Equipment circuit analysis based on edge effect was adopted,and VB6 was used to write the programme with a very good human-machine interface design.At the same time,the design and the processing technology essential,and the accuracy satisfying the engineering requirement,the solution for the problem of comparatively large deviation between the theoretical value and the prototype were discussed.It has a practical guidance significance for the design and manufacture of steel-secondary plane linear induction motor.
