摘 要: | 本项目产品是一种主要石油、天然气工业管道用锻钢全焊接球阀,为保证零泄漏,采用整体式双向密封球阀阀座,改变了传统球阀组合式的阀座结构且具有双活塞效应,能满足双隔离和排放的DIB功能要求,比传统的双截断和排放的DBB结构有明显的启闭力矩小、耗材少的技术优势,显著提高了阀座和阀体之间的密封效果和阀门的使用寿命。

Abstract: | Based on the pressure vessel ~esign on cognition and understanding of saving energy consumption, combined with daily practice, proposed in the design, manufacturing process design, and reducing design of the pressure parts energy saving methods.
