Prediction and prolongation of the useful life of industrial oils under operational conditions

Reports work on increasing the operational life of transformer oils by reducing oxidation, and looks at the possibilities of evaluating the action of metal-deactivating additives, and new combinations of inhibitors. The paper also examines the possibilities for making predictions of the useful working life of transformer oils in the presence of synergistic inhibitors.
