摘    要:对某难选铜硫矿石进行了铜硫分离试验研究。原矿含铜0.586%、含硫11.22%, 次生铜占0.171%, 铜氧化率9.22%, 采用优先浮选流程, 以石灰为黄铁矿抑制剂, 丁基黄药和丁铵黑药(1∶1)为铜矿物捕收剂, HT为调整剂, 闭路试验获得了铜精矿Cu品位20.55%、回收率85.92%, 硫精矿S品位37.13%、回收率91.69%的优良指标。

Abstract:Laboratory study on Cu-S separation for a refractory copper-sulfur ore was carried out. The raw ore contains 0.586% of copper and 11.22% of sulfur, and the secondary copper therein accounts for 0.171% while the oxidation rate of copper minerals attains 9.22%. Selective flotation approach was adopted with lime as pyrite depressant, ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate (1〖DK〗∶1) as combined collector for copper, and HT as the regulator. A copper concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 20.55% and 85.92%, respectively, and a sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade and recovery of 37.13% and 91.69% respectively, can be collected in the closed-circuit test.
