类针铁矿沉淀结晶的研究

摘    要:针对湿法冶金浸出液除铁方法存在的缺点进行了研究, 通过调节pH值、温度、加入双氧水的速度, 研究了类针铁矿沉淀结晶的最佳条件, 并在此基础上, 研究了褐铁矿晶种对类针铁矿沉淀结晶的影响。结果表明, 在80~85 ℃, pH=2.4~2.8时, 以8 mL/h的速度缓慢加入30%的双氧水, 除铁效果较好; 褐铁矿晶种的加入有利于类针铁矿在其表面二次成核, 形成大颗粒包裹体。

Abstract:Problems existed in current methods of hydrometallurgical leaching solution for deferrization was discussed. By adjusting pulp pH and temperature, and regulating the adding speed of H2O2, optimum conditions for precipitating crystallization of glass goethite were developed and the influence of limonite seed on the crystallization was studied. Good deferrization effect can be obtained with a pulp temperature at 80~85 ℃, pH value at 2.4~2.8, and by adding H2O2(30%) at the speed of 8 mL/h. Furthermore, the added limonite seed is conducive to the secondary nucleation of glass goethite thereon to form large inclusions.
