含硫原油加工过程中的硫转化规律

摘    要:论述了国内外十几种典型含硫原油及其馏分和渣油的硫含量和类型硫分布。含硫原油中约90%的硫都将进入二次加工的各工艺装置中。对加氢处理、加氢裂化、延迟焦化、溶剂脱沥青和催化裂化等主要加工过程的硫分布进行了衡算。从石油化学角度对上述加工工艺中原料油和产品之间的含硫化合物类型及其转化规律进行了剖析,发现影响加工过程硫分布的主要因素是原料的类型硫分布、原料转化深度和催化剂及其载体的性能。

Abstract:Both sulfur contents and distribution types for ten-odd of domestic and foreign sour crudes and their distillates and residue were discussed. About 90% Of the total sulfur in sour crude will enter into various secondary processing units. Sulfur distributions have been calculated for several main processes such as hydrotreating, hydrocracking, delayed coking, solvent deasphalting, and FCC etc. Types of sulfur compounds and the rules of their conversion between feedstock oils and products of above processes were analyzed from the petroleum chemistry point of view. It was found that the main factors affecting sulfur distribution in processing are types of sulfur distribution, conversion depth of the feedstock and the performances of the catalyst and its catrier.
