开关磁阻电动机无位置传感器能量优化控制

摘    要:给出了一种基于简化磁链法的开关磁阻电动机(SRM)无位置传感器能量优化控制方案:该方法首先利用校准程序测量了SRM平衡位置处的磁链特性;在此基础上,通过能量消耗最小在线优化过程以获得SRM换相位置处的参考磁链;估计SRM当前导通相绕组磁链,与参考磁链比较,完成SRM换相运行。实验结果表明文中给出的SRM换相角在线优化的无位置传感器检测方法简单、实用,系统运行效率高。

Abstract:Based on the simplified flux method, this paper presents a position sensorless technique for the switchedreluctance drives (SRD) with energy optimizing control strategy. The method employs a calibration routine to learn themagnetization characteristics of each motor phase at its aligned position. From this information, flux-current characteristics at commutation angle can be approximated through an on-line optimizing process to minimize the energy consumption.Commutation is accomplished by estimating the flux-linked in an active phase and comparing the flux optimized for the commutation angle. The experimental results show that this SRD position sensorless method which is based on an on-line adjustment of commutation angle can be implemented simply and tuned up to achieve high efficiency at wide operation range.
